Crossover of burnout in the classroom – Is teacher exhaustion transmitted to students?

It has been proposed that well-being or lack of it can spread within tightly knit communities, including classrooms. Yet, to our knowledge, no studies have explored the crossover burnout between teachers and students. In this study, we relationship teacher exhaustion students’ study symptoms. We hypothesized is likely be transmitted students in classroom interaction both directly via perceptions reduced social support from teacher. A total 1550 Finnish fifth-grade 104 classes their (N = 104) participated study.
